David Remfry Selects THE RUGBY COLLECTION
11 February - 3 June 2023This year the Rugby Collection exhibition features work chosen by David Remfry RA. David shares his anecdotes and connections with many of the artists featured in this show. Artists include:
Paula Rego, Claudette Johnson, Lubaina Himid, Victor Willing,
Edwardo Palolozzi, Bridget Riley and Gillian Waring.
David Remfry RA said ‘I was very excited when Katie Boyce invited me to select works from the Rugby Art Gallery Collection. It was hard to narrow down the choices, but I’m very much looking forward to seeing them hang together and exploring the connections between the artists and the works.'Image credit:
